Key responsibility should have :
- Manage the merchandising process from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and internal departments.
- Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure on-time order execution.
- Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans for all assigned orders.
- Follow up on fabric and trim sourcing, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order progress and resolve any production or delivery issues promptly.
- Negotiate with suppliers and buyers regarding costs, lead times, and order requirements.
- Ensure all buyer requirements, quality standards, and compliance guidelines are met.
- Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and order-related documentation.
- Track production status and provide regular updates to customers and management.
- Coordinate sample development, approvals, and bulk production readiness.
- Work closely with the shipping and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate merchandising records, reports, and correspondence.
