Air Conditioning & Electrical Technician - Regional Service Center | Aluthgama

The position holder will be responsible for handling customer complaints and overseeing installations, providing technical support to the field team, supervising internal SFAs, and sharing technical knowledge to improve overall service performance.
Personal Profile
- Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations.
- NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification, or a higher professional qualification in Air Conditioning.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling similar tasks.
- Competent in work on Microsoft Office Packages.
- Effective communication Skills and knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage.
- Age below 35 years.
Job Profile
- Attend to customer complaints by diagnosing and resolving AC and electrical product issues while ensuring timely customer service and achievement of KPIs..
- Perform AC and electrical product installations according to company standards and safety requirements..
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field teams when required..
- Supervise and support internal Service Field Assistants (SFAs) to ensure quality and efficiency in service operations..
- Maintain accurate records and update work order information in SFAS/IFS systems..
- Share technical knowledge, updates, and best practices with the team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures..
