What We Are Looking For
- Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
- Support shift-based workforce administration.
- Ensure HR compliance and labour law adherence.
- Maintain HRIS data and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with production teams and support employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- 2-3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HRIS.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
