Omni Channel Coordinator | Thalawathugoda / Union Place
Locations: SPAR Supermarket – Thalawathugoda & Union Place
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and fulfil online orders across SPAR2U.lk, PickMe, Uber, and other platforms.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of all customer orders.
- Monitor platform backends and ensure continuous device uptime (zero offline).
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely handover.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively at first contact.
- Monitor food stall platforms (PickMe Foods / Uber Eats) and ensure operational efficiency.
- Track stock availability, promotions, and pricing accuracy across platforms.
- Promptly identify and report any discrepancies, system issues, and performance gaps.
- Support achievement of omni-channel sales targets and service KPIs.
- Work closely with Store Manager and Head Office teams on daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L qualification; Diploma in Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, or Business is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in retail operations, e-commerce, or customer service (FMCG preferred).
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital systems.
- Exposure to platforms like PickMe, Uber, or similar apps is an advantage.
- Basic communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy.
