We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Finance Manager, supporting the financial management and operational performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive cost control and cost optimization initiatives across the fabric mill operations.
- Assist preparation and monitoring annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on operational and financial performance.
- Oversee production costing and ensure accuracy of product cost information.
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and plant performance analysis for management review.
- Monitor and control CAPEX budgets, project expenditures, and capital investment reporting.
- Support inventory valuation, cost accounting, and factory performance analysis.
- Assist in profitability analysis, business planning, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting requirements.
- Perform other management accounting and finance-related functions as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance or management accounting role.
- Prior experience in the apparel, textile, or manufacturing industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Full qualification with CIMA (UK) or CA Sri Lanka.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, costing, and management reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
