We are on the lookout for result-oriented, dynamic individuals to fill the following vacancy.
Credit Controller - Male
Role Objective: The Credit Controller is responsible for managing the company's sales ledger, ensuring customers pay on time, and minimizing bad debt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Tracking: Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and reconciling accounts receivable.
- Collections: Contacting clients via phone, email, or mail to recover outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans.
- Invoice Management: Proactively following up on client invoices in accordance with company terms to ensure timely payment.
- Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluating the financial health and creditworthiness of new and existing customers to establish appropriate credit limits.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies or client queries preventing payment.
- Reporting: Preparing regular aging reports for management.
Requirements:
- Should possess experience in a similar capacity
- Should be fluent in English/Sinhala
- Should be IT literate (MS office/ Email)
- Should possess effective time management and organizational skills
- Age – Above 35 years
- Male Candidates Preferred
