Customer Service & Sales Associate | Mahabage Branch
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with product selection and styling
- Handle cashiering and POS operations accurately
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual presentation standards
- Support sales targets and branch operations
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and positive personality
- Passion for fashion retail and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Cashiering/POS handling ability will be an added advantage
- Previous retail sales experience will be an added advantage

- 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
