ROLE SUMMARY
- We are looking for a motivated and energetic Property Operations & Client Growth Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with a modern startup-style company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day property operations
- Manage Airbnb guest communication and bookings
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspections
- Handle tenant and client communications
- Ensure properties are maintained to company standards
- Support property onboarding and setup
Client Growth & Business Development
- Help identify and onboard new property owners
- Build relationships with landlords and investors
- Support company growth initiatives
- Assist with social media and marketing activities
- Maintain strong customer service standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in hospitality, Airbnb. management, property management, customer service, or real estate is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and basic digital tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
BONUS SKILLS
- Experience with Airbnb or Booking.com
- Sales or marketing experience
- Social media knowledge
- Driver's license
