Manager – Tea Marketing & Sales (Private Label Focus) | Kiribathgoda

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute professional to our tea marketing and sales Team, with a strong focus on expanding our Value added business with ready private label business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tea exports, brand development, and international client acquisition, along with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for the existing business he or she has at present.
- Identify and secure new international clients for private label partnerships
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to maximize repeat business
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining target gross profit (GP) margins
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in tea marketing, exports company.
- Strong network within the tea industry and exposure to private label business is essential
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and GP targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth initiatives
