Sales Executive for Education
Join CISD and inspire students to build successful careers through quality education and international qualifications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Promote CISD programmes, courses and international qualifications to prospective students.
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, events and digital platforms.
- Conduct counselling sessions and guide students in choosing the right programme.
- Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents and education partners.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a great student experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Previous experience in sales, student counselling or business development is an advantage.
- Confident, enthusiastic and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

LKR 50,000- 100,000 + COMMISSION
