Recruitment Consultant (Education)
As a Recruitment Consultant (Education), you will be responsible for driving student enrolments, building strong relationships and achieving sales targets through consultation, trust and results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, events, referrals and digital platforms.
- Conduct counselling sessions and provide accurate programme information.
- Guide students in selecting the right courses and career pathways.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents and education partners.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
- Represent CISD at education fairs, seminars and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on activities and results.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-4 years of experience in student recruitment, education sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving enrolment or sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Confident, results-driven and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English is essential.
