Institution: College of Royal Aesthetic of Sri Lanka (CRAS)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding educational and professional development programs
- Handle inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, website, exhibitions, and walk-ins
- Guide students through admissions, registration, and enrollment processes
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Coordinate academic communications, schedules, workshops, examinations, and training activities
- Maintain accurate student records, reports, and databases
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to achieve student recruitment targets
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counselling, customer service, and relationship management abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a professional academic and healthcare training environment
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, education marketing, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage
