KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education
- B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant HR or Recruitment role
Computer Skills
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
Attitude
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

JOB SCOPE
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Screening and shortlisting CVs based on job requirements and criteria
- Preparing job advertisements and publishing on job portals and social media platforms
- Maintaining recruitment records, databases and candidate tracking sheets
- Coordinating onboarding processes and supporting new employee induction activities
- Communicating with candidates and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process
