Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in sales, admissions, or customer service (Preferably in the education sector).
- Familiarity with Montessori or early childhood education is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Ability to engage with parents, explain programs, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Sales & Persuasion: Ability to convert inquiries into enrollments and meet targets.
- Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Managing admissions, tracking leads, and coordinating with other teams.
- Sound Educational background preferred
