Sports Travel Executive

Inspire Travels is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Executive to join our growing sports travel team. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for cricket or a strong playing background, and enjoys planning, organising and communicating with people from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate international cricket tours for schools, clubs and teams.
- Liaise with overseas clients, cricket clubs, schools, hotels, transport providers and venues.
- Prepare tour itineraries, quotations and travel documentation.
- Manage bookings, schedules and tour logistics.
- Ensure every client receives exceptional service before, during and after their tour.
- Stay up to date with cricket events, destinations and travel opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for cricket OR a competitive cricket background (school 1st XI, club, district/provincial or university cricket).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Confidence communicating with international clients and partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online tools.
