We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Tea Ambassador to represent our brand and deliver an exceptional tea experience to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally prepare and serve a variety of premium teas.
- Wear and represent the official Tea Ambassador branded uniform.
- Guide clients through engaging tea-tasting experiences.
- Share knowledge on tea varieties, origins, flavors, and brewing techniques.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and service standards.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
PREREQUISITES
- Knowledge of tea varieties and tea-tasting techniques
- Ability to prepare different tea types and specialty tea beverages
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Passion for hospitality and tea culture
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food & beverage service is an advantage
