යුතුකම් සහ වගකීම්
- සතිපතා පැමිණීම නිවැරදිව නිරීක්ෂණය කර නොගැලපීම් කඩිනමින් විසඳන්න.
- මෙහෙයුම් අවශ්යතා මත පදනම්ව සතිපතා කාර්ය මණ්ඩල ලේඛන සකස් කිරීම සහ වෙනස් කිරීමේ ඉල්ලීම් හැසිරවීම.
- නිවාඩු ප්රයෝජනය අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම සහ අවශ්ය නම් ප්රතිස්ථාපන සැලසුම් කිරීම මගින් ප්රමාණවත් කාර්ය මණ්ඩල මට්ටම් සහතික කිරීම.
- මාසික සහ කාර්තුමය සේවා කාලසටහන් නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම, නියමිත වේලාවට සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම සඳහා අවශ්ය පරිදි සකස් කිරීම.
- ප්රධාන ක්රියාකාරකම් පිළිබඳ දෛනික වාර්තා සකස් කිරීම, සතිපතා සහ මාසික සාරාංශ ඒකාබද්ධ කිරීම සහ ප්රධාන කාර්යාලයට කාර්තුමය කාර්ය සාධන අවබෝධය ලබා දීම.
- දෛනික බිඳවැටීම් වාර්තා පවත්වාගෙන යාම, ගැටළු විශ්ලේෂණය කිරීම සහ වැඩිදියුණු කිරීමේ යෝජනා ලබා දීම.
- පොරොත්තු කාර්ය ලොග් නඩත්තු කිරීම, නියමිත වේලාවට සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම සඳහා පසු විපරම් කිරීම සහ තත්ව වාර්තා යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම.
- ඉන්වෙන්ටරි මට්ටම් නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම සහ හිඟයන් හෝ අධික ලෙස ගබඩා කිරීම වැළැක්වීම සඳහා නැවත පිරවීමේ පද්ධති ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම.
- තත්ත්ව ප්රමිතීන්ට අනුකූල වීම සහතික කිරීම සඳහා ක්රමාංකන නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම සහ උපලේඛනගත කිරීම.
සුදුසුකම් සහ කුසලතා:
- නඩත්තු ක්ෂේත්රයේ අවම වශයෙන් වසර 1ක අදාළ සේවා පළපුරුද්ද.
- උණුසුම් පරාසයක උපකරණ, සීතල පරාසයක උපකරණ සහ රෙදි සෝදන භාණ්ඩ පිළිබඳ ප්රවීණ විය යුතුය.
- අත්පොත් කියවීමට, අමතර කොටස් හඳුනා ගැනීමට සහ සේවා ක්රියාවලීන් පිළිපැදීමට හැකි විය යුතුය.
- උපකරණ දෝෂයන් කාර්යක්ෂමව හඳුනා ගැනීමට දක්ෂ විය යුතුය.
- ස්වාධීනව බිඳවැටීම් අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීමේ හැකියාව තිබිය යුතුය.
Trained/Untrained Technician

Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately monitor weekly attendance and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare weekly staffing documents based on operational needs and handle change requests.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels by monitoring leave utilization and planning replacements if necessary.
- Monitor monthly and quarterly service schedules, adjusting as needed for on-time completion.
- Prepare daily reports on key activities, consolidate weekly and monthly summaries and provide quarterly performance insights to head office.
- Maintain daily breakdown reports, analyze issues and provide improvement suggestions.
- Maintain pending task logs, follow up for on-time completion and update status reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor and schedule calibrations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the maintenance field.
- Must be proficient in hot range equipment, cold range equipment, and laundry items.
- Must be able to read manuals, identify spare parts, and follow service procedures.
- Must be skilled in efficiently diagnosing equipment faults.
- Must be able to independently repair breakdowns.
