Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 05 years sales experience in automotive or consumer durables.
- A degree in Sales/Marketing/Management or full /partial qualification in CIM/SLIM.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office packages.
- Effective negotiation & communication skills.
- Initiative & leardership skills to perform the job better.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Having the right customer oriented attitude.
- Ability to understand customer lifestyle & needs and convert the data and trends to actionable and measurable initiatives.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve annual targets.
- Cross selling of company products.
- Handle showroom walk in customers and attend to the requirements effectively.
- Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers.
- Participating in marketing /promotional activities as directed by divisional head.
- Report to the divisional head regularly on inquires, follow ups and closings.
