Spare Parts Executive | Colombo
Join our team and play a key role in powering our after-sales operations through efficient parts management and excellent service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage spare parts sales, inquiries. and customer support
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock receiving and storage
- Coordinate parts ordering and timely supply for workshop needs
- Support workshop operations with timely parts availability
- Maintain inventory records, reporting and stock reconciliation
- Ensure warehouse organization, safety and compliance
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-5 years of experience in automotive spare parts or inventory management
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and workshop operations
- Experience in inventory control, ordering and stock management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
