Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Oversee daily workshop & branch operations
- Manage customer inquiries& service appointments
- Drive sales performance & customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Strong leadership, communication & customer handling skills
- Experience in sales and operational management
- Bachelors degree or relevant qualification preferred.
Motor Mechanic
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Diagnose and repair suspension systems
- Perform wheel alignments, steering repairs & Shock Absorber replacements
- Ensure high-quality work and technical accuracy
- Strong knowledge in suspension and mechanical repairs
- Excellent diagnostic & troubleshooting skills
- NVQ Level 3 or other relevant technical qualifications preferred
