Job Description
- Monthly/ annual planning of User Incentive budget.
- Set UI department KPIs (guided Orders & GMV, Discounts & efficiency) targets.
- Monthly planning of discounts and promotions.
- Monitoring and tracking UI performance.
- Conduct analysis on user behavior & utilization of discounts to optimize spends.
- Collaborate & coordinate with Finance team to align on plans and budgets based on overall strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Above eight years of experience in user incentives strategy, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth understanding of customer, acquisition retention, and loyalty strategies, with a focus on user incentives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders and leading a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
