Junior Executive / Executive - Operations (Relief) | Pettah / Malabe
We are currently recruiting for the following branches:
Region 01 - Pettah and Malabe
As a Junior Executive / Executive Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of files and documentation, coordinating with the Operations and Finance departments for timely facility payments, and managing daily cash collections and banking procedures. You will also maintain accurate records of post-dated cheques, provide excellent customer service, and act as a Relief Officer for branches in the region when needed. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager and be part of a dynamic team of professionals in the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. THE JOB ROLE
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of files in the system and documentation. prompt delivery of faci
- Coordinate with the Operations Department and Finance Department to ensure prompt delivery of facility payments.
- Ensure daily balancing of cash collection and proper banking of cash and cheques, following established guidelines.
- Accurately maintain records of post-dated cheques in chronological order.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, minimizing delays.
- Ability to report as a Relief Officer for branches in the respective region when required.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- A Degree or part / full qualification in Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Junior Executive: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience handled similar jobs.
- Executive: Minimum 01 to 2 years of overall experience and handle similar jobs.
- Hands on Experience in the Banking or Finance Industry
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
- Sound skills in computer/ MS Office package.
- Good Customer service Skill and team spirit.
