Senior Pattern Maker – Ladies Wear
Nils Store (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Pattern Maker to join our growing design & development team.We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge in ladies wear pattern making, grading, and marker making using TUKAcad/TUKA systems.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in casual wear, work wear, and party wear developments while maintaining speed, accuracy, and garment fit standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate garment patterns for ladies wear
- Handle grading and marker making using TUKAcad/TUKA systems
- Work closely with the design & development team
- Ensure garment fit, balance, and construction accuracy
- Support sample development and bulk production processes
- Maintain development timelines with speed and efficiency
- Identify technical improvements to achieve better garment finishing and fit
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ladies wear pattern making
- Sound knowledge in casual wear, work wear & party wear pattern making
- Strong knowledge of TUKAcad / TUKA systems
- Ability to handle grading and marker making
- Strong garment fit understanding
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
