Marketing Sales Executive | Colombo
3D’s Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The Marketing Sales Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s products and services through effective marketing and sales strategies. The role combines field sales, client handling, and market development to achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Promote company products, services, and marketing solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations as required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, invoices, and payment collections in coordination with finance.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Willingness to work in the field
- FMCG / brand activation experience will be an added advantage
