Personal Assistant to Director - Female | Kotte
Location: Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte, Sri Lanka | On-site
Experience: Mid Level
We are looking for a female who is a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks and requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities with ease. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Director and team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
