Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in our showroom & handle online inquiries
- Promote and sell ethnic wear collections, including silk batik sarees
- Manage sales transactions & maintain customer records
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
- Support online sales via Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Work towards monthly sales targets and incentives
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Friendly energetic personality
- Experience in using pos systems to process sales transaction
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Age 20-40
