Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing obtained from a government nursing school or a registered private nursing school.
- Field experience at least 5 years
Responsibilities
- Supervising and providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
- Leading and supervising a team of nurses and other healthcare staff.
- Ensuring efficient and effective use of resources, including equipment and supplies.
- Identifying areas for improvement in patient care and service delivery.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
