ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER – SALES (Colombo)

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and target-oriented individual to join our dynamic team in Colombo as a Sales Assistant Manager or Manager – depending on your experience and proven results.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a high-performing sales role in the service sector
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing ability
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks under pressure
- Self-motivated with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
- Computer literacy: MS Office, internet, email essential
