පාරිභෝගිකයින්ට උසස් තත්ත්වයේ, කාර්යක්ෂම සේවාවක් ලැබෙන බව සහතික කරන අතරම, තෙල් වෙනස් කිරීම්, තරල පරීක්ෂාවන්, පෙරහන් ආදේශන සහ අනෙකුත් මූලික වාහන නඩත්තු සේවා සිදු කිරීම සඳහා පරමාදර්ශී අපේක්ෂකයා වගකිව යුතුය.
වගකීම්:
- විවිධ වාහනවල තෙල් වෙනස් කිරීම් සහ ලිහිසි කිරීමේ සේවා සිදු කිරීම
- ද්රව පරීක්ෂා කර නැවත පිරවීම (සිසිලනකාරකය, තිරිංග, සම්ප්රේෂණය, සුළං ආවරණ රෙදි සෝදන යන්ත්රය ආදිය)
- අවශ්ය පරිදි පෙරහන් (තෙල්, වාතය, කැබින්) ප්රතිස්ථාපනය කිරීම
- මූලික නඩත්තු ගැටළු සඳහා වාහන පරීක්ෂා කර සොයාගැනීම් වාර්තා කිරීම
- වැඩ කරන ප්රදේශය පිරිසිදුව, ආරක්ෂිතව සහ සංවිධානාත්මකව තබා ගැනීම
- විශිෂ්ට පාරිභෝගික සේවාවක් ලබා දීම සහ සෑම විටම වෘත්තීයභාවය පවත්වා ගැනීම
අවශ්යතා:
- ලිහිසි තෙල් කාර්මිකයෙකු ලෙස හෝ මූලික මෝටර් රථ නඩත්තුව පිළිබඳ පෙර පළපුරුද්ද
- විස්තර කෙරෙහි දැඩි අවධානයක් සහ කාර්යක්ෂමව වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව
- තෙල් වෙනස් කිරීම් සහ ලිහිසි කිරීමේ සේවාවන්හි භාවිතා කරන මෙවලම් සහ උපකරණ පිළිබඳ දැනුම
- ආරක්ෂක මාර්ගෝපදේශ සහ සේවා ක්රියා පටිපාටි අනුගමනය කිරීමේ හැකියාව
- ධනාත්මක ආකල්පය සහ ශක්තිමත් කණ්ඩායම් වැඩ කුසලතා

Automotive Lube Technician
Turbo Car Care is looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Lube Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other basic automotive maintenance services, while ensuring customers receive high-quality, efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicles
- Check and top up fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, windshield washer, etc.)
- Replace filters (oil, air, cabin) as needed
- Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance issues and report findings
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in basic automotive maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in oil changes and lubrication services
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and service procedures
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
