Solar Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing (Male/Female)

Sunbeam Group of Companies is a leading provider of solar and renewable energy solutions in Sri Lanka. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and target-oriented male and female candidates to join our team as Solar Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage solar sales and marketing strategies
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals
- Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports Manage customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract closures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales follow up
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Open for both male and female candidates
- Professional qualifications in SLIM / CIM / CIPM,
- Experience in the solar or electrical field will be an added
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Riding / Driving license will be an added advantage.
