Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Male

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Interim Payment Applications and Final Accounts, and follow-up on payment certifications.
- Conducting site visits, taking-off measurements, and performing quantity calculations.
- Preparation of cost claims and variations
- Project cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
- Preparation of subcontract agreements, including evaluation and certification of subcontractors’ payments.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records related to contracts and payments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum NCT, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Sinhala
- Previous experience in similar work related to fire protection and fire detection projects
- Experience in LP Gas systems will be an added advantage
