What We Are Looking For
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment
- Sale & Marketing Experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Valid riding license with own motorcycle is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Attract suitable candidates for relevant positions from Colombo and outstation locations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Guide suitable candidates to the relevant locations to fill vacancies
- Manage bulk recruitment requirements within defined timelines
