Business Development Manager - Project and Furniture Sales
We are hiring a results-driven manager to generate and close new buisness for our cutom furniture manufacturing operation and developing his/her own team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively identify and develop new clients
- Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities from initial contact to closing
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and continuous follow-ups
- Present solutions, cordinate quotations and follow-up production progress
- Consistently secure new projects and orders
- Creating own team to bring new projects
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ experience in Furniture/ Interior/ Project sales
- Proven ability to generate business and close deals independently
- Confident in client meetings, site visits and relationship building
- Good understanding of customized furniture solutions
- Strong persistence and follow-up discipline
