Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage several ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across multiple projects
- Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and report to management regularly
- Manage site labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision/engineering
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- A valid driving license is an added advantage
