Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
A subsidiary of a highly diversified group of companies with over 42 years of experience in providing industrial solutions is looking for dynamic, driven, result oriented, ambitious and energetic individuals to market the Global Brand Portfolio of our Specialized Films Division.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, generate new business, and convert leads into sales.
- Promote the company's products and provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners while expanding the dealer network.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to successful order completion.
- Generate repeat and referral business by maintaining long-term customer relationships.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Product Development, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CIM or SLIM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry, will be an added advantage.
- Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Possess a valid driving and riding license.
