Salary: LKR 55,000 onwards
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
- Weekends: 9.00 AM – 1.00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Promote academic programmes and achieve student enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and corporate partners.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Conduct student consultations and provide course guidance.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Represent the campus at exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing. Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools.
