Home Care Nurse
JOB PROFILE
- Visit patient homes on Home Care visits and provide professional nursing care ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Overlook and communicate clearly with patients and their families regarding care plans, treatment options and the required follow up schedule.
- Maintain highest level of quality is maintained and educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, medications and lifestyle adjustments.
- Ensure and maintain infection control measures with accurate nursing documentation during home visits.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A 03 year Nursing Diploma/ Degree from a recognized institute with approved theory and practical training.
- Minimum 02 to 03 years' experience as a Staff Nurse in a reputed healthcare institute.
- Home Care nursing experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with patient centered professional care with upstanding clinical expertise
