Hardware Technician | Anuradhapura
- Age limit 20 to 35
- The Field Hardware Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support by visiting various locations to troubleshoot and resolve the Pay&Go self-service kiosk's hardware issues.
- On-site troubleshooting, Hardware Maintenance, Inventory Management, Problem-Solving.
- Travel to different locations, to assess and troubleshoot hardware issues.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hardware to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure the identified problems are accurately diagnosed and resolved.
- Develop a deep understanding of hardware problems through thorough analysis and continuous learning.
- Manage and update an inventory of hardware components, ensuring an adequate supply of replacement parts.
- Diploma or equivalent, Hands-on experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repairs, Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment for hardware assessments, and Strong understanding of computer hardware components, including CPUs, memory, storage, and peripherals.
- Driving license and owning a motorcycle is mandatory for this job.
