We are seeking an Enthusiastic Lecturer to join our Academic Team. The role involves Delivering Engaging Lectures, Preparing Course Materials, Conducting Assessments, and Supporting Students in their Academic and Professional Growth.

Educational Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Marketing / HR / Accounting or Finance.
- A Bachelor's Degree in one of the Above-mentioned Disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years of Teaching Experience, particularly in delivering Postgraduate-Level Modules such as Marketing / HR / Accounting, or Finance with Research.
- Prior experience in handling HND, Top-Up, and Master's Degree Programmes would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated Experience in Research Supervision.
- A proven track record of teaching in HND, Top-Up, and Master's Degree Programmes is essential.
Skills and Competencies
- Ideally under 40 Years of Age.
- Strong ability to develop, update, and deliver engaging Course Content aligned with current Academic Frameworks and Industry Trends.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to lead and support both Faculty and Students.
- A Collaborative Mindset and commitment to promoting a Student-Centered Learning Culture.
- Compulsory to work on Weekends, with two Weekdays off.
