Senior Manager - Busses & Coaches
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated professional to lead our Busses & Coaches Division, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and business growth in a competitive transport environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage the overall operations and commercial performance of the Busses & Coaches division.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets with a proven focus on results.
- Manage and develop customer relationships to enhance business opportunities and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee fleet utilization, scheduling, and coordination to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operational and sales staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and service agreements effectively.
- Ensure strong brand presence through digital platforms and social media engagement.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational execution and service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
- CIM qualification and/or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial position.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong people management and team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of social media handling and digital marketing tools.
- Strong soft skills including leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience in transport, fleet, or automotive industry will be a strong advantage.
