Site Engineer | Rajagiriya
- Candidates must hold a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Eng) with at least 3 years of experience in a wide range of civil engineering activities.
- A minimum of 2 years of specific experience in road improvement, rehabilitation and construction projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulatory standards related to road infrastructure.
- Proven ability to oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards and timelines.
- Capable of coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, supervisors and stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, project reports and progress updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project challenges and site-specific issues effectively.
