Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Prepare and maintain the Marketing budget.
- Coordinate with agencies to plan and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content and promotional ideas.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Coordinate with sales and showroom teams to support promotions.
- Organize promotional events and in-store campaigns.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies.
- Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.
- Assist in developing branding strategies.
- Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and research.
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products
Requirements
- Age below 30 (preferred)
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing (Retail experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools (added advantage)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
