Sri Lanka Life Saving is the national governing body for lifesaving and water safety activities in Sri Lanka, affiliated with leading international lifesaving organizations and recognized by multiple government ministries. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level administrative and international coordination support. This role requires exceptional professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational capability to manage high-level operations and global communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Coordinate executive communications with international lifesaving bodies and stakeholders
- Support special projects and strategic organizational initiatives
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in executive secretarial or senior administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
