Job Description
- Achieve the organization's sales targets for each academic year/semester
- Promote educational programs, build strong client relationships, and conduct presentations and informative sessions for prospective students and their parents
- Plan and assess the market potential for each semester/academic year well in advance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to reach them
- Excellent career prospects await the right candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales in a reputed organization in the education sector
- A proven track record in driving student recruitment growth
- High level of customer orientation and a passion for helping students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A sound educational background - A Bachelor's degree in a related field will be an advantage
Remuneration
- The successful candidates will be provided with an attractive remuneration package including a salary of Rs 150,000/- and performance-based incentives and other related perks that are above industry standards.
