Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Manager- Learning and Development.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate and drive the Learning & Development function by conducting training needs analysis, preparing annual training plans, designing learning interventions, and supporting continuous employee performance improvement.
- Identify learning and development needs across the organization through performance evaluations, stakeholder discussions, operational requirements, and business priorities.
- Facilitate engaging classroom, workshop, virtual, and on-the-job training programmes across multiple functions and employee levels.
- Design, develop, and customize training programmes, learning materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and development resources aligned with organizational and operational goals.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and support competency mapping and capability development initiatives.
- Drive employee capability building through effective facilitation techniques, adult learning methodologies, and blended learning approaches.
- Coordinate and support leadership development, behavioral, technical, compliance, and operational excellence training initiatives.
- Administer and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) activities including learner enrolment, course assignment, completion tracking, reporting, and digital learning coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, participation, learning outcomes, and post-training impact through assessments, feedback, and analytics.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives by coordinating learning campaigns, engagement programmes, and development-focused activities.
- Work closely with operational teams to support continuous improvement, safety awareness, quality culture, and people capability enhancement initiatives
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation in line with organizational and compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) from City & Guilds or any other recognized institute is highly preferred.
- MBA/MSc from a recognized university would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, learning programme coordination, and LMS administration.
- Proven experience in designing and developing training interventions, facilitation materials, and learning content.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and training analytics/reporting.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing or corporate environments will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of adult learning principles, employee engagement, competency development, and learning effectiveness measurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning tools.
