Required skills and responsibilities
- Minimum 03 years of staffing/recruitment experience with overall experience in HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for below executive level roles across the apparel / Logistics business
- Responsible for overall recruitment and selection of agent and non-agent staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Counseling and mentoring skills
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and present recruitment data
- Assists in the identification of recruiting issues and implement solutions
- Review and monitor recruitment strategy
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the Company as an employer of choice
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruitment specialists
- Build strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all hiring processes
