Air Conditioning & Reefer Technician
We are seeking a skilled reefer technician to join our team at M&R Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing refrigerated containers (reefers) to ensure optimal functionality and temperature control. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our clients' goods remain stored under ideal conditions.
Requirements:
- Experience - Proven Experience as an AC/Refrigeration technician or in a similar role.
- Education - Diploma or certification in refrigeration, HVAC, NVQ Level 3, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and Mechanical repairs
- Ability to use Diagnostics tools and read technical manuals
- Proficiency in Soldering, Welding, and basic electrical work is a plus.
Other:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for client interaction and teamwork is advised.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting salary - Rs. 50,000
- Employees demonstrating significant improvement and exceptional work ethic will be eligible for a salary increase of up to 70,000 - Rs. 80,000 per month.
