Regional Manager/  Branch Manager

️Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of branch/store managers.
  • Develop strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and employees.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Part or full qualification in marketing or a relating degree.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in sales or marketing.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Problem-solving ability.
