Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & tender documents
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Handle contractor valuations and payments
- Ensure cost control throughout project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge in MS Excel & cost estimation
- Experience with QS/AutoCAD software is an advantage
