Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Human Resources
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce requirements and plan for talent acquisition.
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract unique and top talent.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Design and manage the performance appraisal system to evaluate employee contributions and succession planning.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
- Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Drive initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and embrace data-driven decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or HRM/Professional Qualification in HR.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- Exposure gained in manufacturing/apparel industry will be a significant advantage.
- Up to date knowledge in overall HR process and trends, key business processes of manufacturing industry.
- Experience in leading change initiatives and managing organizational transformations.
